The Primavera P6 Fundamentals training teaches you the basics of project management. We demonstrate how to create and assign roles and resources, update an un-resourced project, calculate resources, and prices, set up and monitor the database.

Through this process, you will learn to report and record the progress of your project as you measure and analyze project performance.
